My background
Having always been someone with a sensitive nature, I gravitate towards art making and the healing arts. My childhood and young adult life was chaotic, so there has been much self work that has had to be done, to balance out and to alleviate inner pain. From the age of 25-35, I studied both Hatha yoga and Bhakti yoga intensively. These practices saved my life and helped to create clarity of vision! For the past 20 years, I have studied the tarot. For the past 15 years, I have worked with a Holistic Doctor who has taught me about herbs and energy.
